Fault findingRepairPrevention

A stopped line costs money by the minute. I work the way an in-house engineer does — because for 23 years that's exactly what I was — attending a vast variety of electrical breakdowns, from a simple repair to a full factory-down stoppage.

What I cover

Electrical maintenance & panel work

01

Breakdown call-out service

Fast response to get your plant back up and running when things fail.

02

Planned preventative maintenance

Scheduled PPM including thermographic panel inspections, electrical panel condition reports, and panel test & inspect.

03

Continuous improvement projects

Lowering unplanned stoppages and removing re-occurring problems via electrical, mechanical and pneumatic implementation.

04

Install & Commission

Electrical installation and commissioning of plant, machinery and control panels. From new equipment setup and panel builds to full system integration, testing and handover.

05

Safety circuits

Fault finding, upgrades and implementation of safety circuits from new or alteration design. (Designed via competent 3rd party).

06

Electrical drawings

Verification and assessment of existing electrical drawings, or new drawings created from scratch where none exist.

07

Decommissioning & redundant equipment

Safe removal and disposal of old control panels, associated wiring installations and plant no longer in use.

08

Temporary Maintenance Cover

Skilled and experienced electrical maintenance cover for fast paced production environments. Temporary shift coverage or holiday relief.

Ideal for small manufacturers, production facilities, workshops and commercial sites that need a dependable electrical engineer on call — without carrying one full-time.

About

Who you're dealing with

After two decades keeping a vast variety of production plant running, I had the opportunity to take voluntary redundancy and set up on my own. Fault finding, breakdowns and improvement work under real time pressure — that's the background, and that's the standard.
